Surya Fintech is the product division of Surya Software Systems that specializes in providing Financial Control and Risk Management solutions for Banking and Financial Institutions. With an implementation base spanning several countries across continents, Surya’s solutions help corporates minimize risk, improve profitability and effectively monitor financial performance. Our clients are based in India, the USA, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Surya was founded in 1999 by Mr. D.N. Prahlad (an early employee of Infosys), to create software products. Headquartered in Bangalore, we also have offices in the USA, and France.

What is Needed for the Role

  • Proven inside sales & business development experience
  • Proficient with corporate web presentation tools
  • Experience working with CRM Tools and proficient in Office Tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • 5-7 years’ experience in enterprise software application sales in inside sales role

What You Will Work On

  • Research new markets and identify potential new customer prospects by using various means such as: The Internet, industry publications, and membership and association directories identify key players/ decision makers and generate interest.
  • Find prospective leads and communicate with them regarding the product, understand their requirement and translate it into a requirement document.
  • Regular follow-ups with the prospects that have been identified as potential clients and who have shown interest to use our services.
  • Coordinate with the Technical Team to schedule pre-sales discussion, ensure smooth communication between prospect, sales team.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales target requirements

Your Level of Experience

At Surya we do not evaluate people based on the number of years of experience they have. Instead, we look for skills that have been gained, regardless of how long they’ve it has taken a person to gain those skills. However, as a point of reference, historically, Surya has successfully recruited candidates for this role with 5-7 years of prior experience.
