D.N. Prahlad has had an illustrious career in the IT industry, enabling several Fortune 50 companies to adopt global delivery model. As one of the early employees of Infosys, he played a pivotal role in the company’s evolution into a global IT powerhouse over nearly two decades. In 1999, he founded Surya, applying his extensive experience to develop advanced technologies and establish sustainable institutions. He also served as an independent director on the Infosys Board and as Chairman of its subsidiary, Edgeverve. Prahlad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Bangalore University and an Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Technology from the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru.
Didier Pichon is an accomplished IT leader and a pioneer in adopting the Global Delivery model, driving digital transformation initiatives for prominent multinational corporations. He began his career at Renault before serving as Executive Director of IT at Salomon Group. As Global CIO of Chanel, Didier spearheaded a significant digital transformation over a span of 15 years. Since 2017, he has served as Co-Chairman of Surya and leads Surya Digital France, a subsidiary of Surya.
Jyothi is the Group Managing Director and a founding member of Surya. She has been a key driver of the company’s growth, playing a pivotal role in the development of Surya’s Financial Risk Management solutions. As Group MD, Jyothi leads Surya’s global expansion and innovation efforts while maintaining oversight of key client relationships and product strategies. Her visionary leadership has positioned Surya as a technologically advanced organization, thriving amidst today’s rapidly evolving and disruptive business landscape.
Sreekanth is a Co-Founder and Executive Director on the Board of Surya. For the past 25 he has played an instrumental role in the design, development, delivery, and sales of Surya’s flagship solutions. In his current role, Sreekanth oversees Surya’s global business, driving international growth and fostering strategic partnerships. Under his leadership, Surya has significantly expanded its global footprint, establishing subsidiaries abroad. He also serves as President of Surya Financial Systems Inc. (USA) and is a Board Member of Surya Digital (France).
Srinivasa Rao is a Co-Founder and Executive Director on the Board of Surya. He played a key role in the design and development of Surya’s initial product offerings. Subsequently he established and led the company’s consulting services practice. He has extensive experience in setting up and managing Global Competency Centers (GCC) for Surya’s international clients, including a prestigious French fashion brand. As part of Surya’s executive management, he now oversees group operations and drives innovation across the organization.
Sujanapal serves as the Managing Director of Surya Financial Technologies and is a member of the Surya Group Board. With over 20 years of expertise in designing, developing, and implementing financial technology solutions for Surya’s Banking and Financial Sector clients. Sujanapal oversees the strategic direction, growth, and innovation of Surya’s FinTech division. Previously, as Global Head of Implementation, he led the end-to-end deployment of Surya's Financial Risk Management Suite, ensuring seamless integration and delivering outstanding results for clients.
Gopal is the Managing Director of Surya Digital and a member of the Surya Group Board. He brings extensive expertise in developing cutting-edge digital solutions, including mobile and web applications, web services, and software performance engineering. Previously, as the Chief Technology Officer of Surya Group, Gopal played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s technology strategy and overseeing the development of high-performance solutions. His career began at Qualcomm, where he contributed to the Android Open-Source Project, followed by a tenure at Apple, where he played a key role in the development of iCloud.com.

He leads the development and deployment of Surya FinTech’s product suite, ensuring excellence in delivery and performance. As Vice President of Sales for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region, Nishant oversees Sales and Business Development, contributing significantly to the company’s growth in recent years. With over 15 years of experience, including six years at Surya, he is responsible for driving revenue growth from both new and existing clients across the MEA region. Nishant focuses on fostering strong client relationships, managing strategic partner engagements, and spearheading market expansion initiatives.
Arjun leads Sales and Business Development for Surya in South-East Asia and parts of South Asia. A seasoned professional with a deep understanding of Balance Sheet and Risk Management needs in the banking sector, he has been instrumental in developing strong relationships with financial institutions. He plays a key role in building strong relationships with financial institutions, focusing on Asset Liability Management (ALM) and Balance Sheet Management solutions.
Bhaskara Reddy brings more than 24 years of extensive experience in business management and IT infrastructure products and services. He currently leads Surya’s Sales and Business Development efforts in South Asia. Previously, Bhaskara held similar roles at renowned technology companies such as IBM and Inspira. With strong client relationship management expertise, he excels in building and maintaining strategic relationships with clients, including CXO-level executives.
Janakiraman a key leader in support operations at Surya Financial Technologies, bringing over two decades of expertise in support, development, and customization of ALM and Risk Management modules. His expertise spans from conceptualizing innovative solutions to developing complex frameworks, and his contributions have been crucial in delivering robust and effective systems.
